The Private Equity approach to public and private German Mittelstand

"SSG Special Situations Germany I" will target risk managed returns from a portfolio of active investments in small and mid cap companies in the German Mittelstand.

The fund will invest in public and private markets. Targets are "Absolute Value Potentials" in undermanged or undervalued equity and equity arbitrage situations.

The Founders and Principals will be significantly invested in the fund and are formerly senior investment partners and managers in small and mid cap investments with exceptional returns.

"SSG Special Situations Germany I" has been initiated and will be exclusively advised by argus-i Management GmbH, Hamburg.
